Shipping & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must contain the unused portion that you received. For Impress Anti-aging Facial Pads returns, there must be 14 or more of the pads (including two Peel & Brighten pads) remaining in your return.  Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the packing slip/receipt as proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it/them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Subscriptions: If you are a subscriber that wishes to cancel your subscription, please give us a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date.  If you are a Subscriber that doesn't give us notice of your cancelation, then receives product that you paid for, you agree to not chargeback your paid and received order simply because you've "changed your mind."


Ship all returns to Impress Skincare, 7336 E. Deer Valley Rd., Suite 115, Scottsdale, AZ. 85255. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
