We ship all orders via USPS, UPS and/or Fedex and you may expect to receive your order in 3 - 8 days post ordering online our website.  If you do not receive your order, please reach out to us online our live chat or via email at info@impressskincare.com and we will do our best to remedy the issue, track down your order and/or ship you a new order.
