I love all the amazing products and have been using them for at least 15 years. But I don't like the website. I have been unable to change my order. I can't add a product or ask for a hold on a product that I have an abundance. I called and asked for help. I've written and asked for help. So, my only recourse is to cancel my credit card.

There is no better moisturizer on earth!!
I love this moisturizer. My skin feels soft and moisturized, and never feels greasy. My only complaint would be with the packaging. Two of the white tops have cracked after repeated use. It’s not durable compared the previous packaging you used to use. It doesn’t change how I feel about the moisturizer, but for the cost of the moisturizer, the packaging should last throughout.
I have been using Impress Skincare products for 3+ or more years and love these products - the moisturizer, skin pads, primer, and cleanser. I am a 73 and people are always complementing me on my complexion. I am sure genetics has something to do with it, but I am not changing products that are working for me. I love your sales too.
I used Clarins products, plent based, for over 20 years after a visit to France and a recommendation from a friend. In 2014 my face, skin, took a terrible turn. After Dr visits, extensive testing, I was found to be allergic to some of the products I was using. Turns out the company was sold to Private Equity, formulations changed, haven’t used since. Having tried multiple products since, simple toners and creams, never satisfied. A friend offered the Impressive cream for my wife to try, she declined, so I gave it a try, have used ever since, going on 2 years now. Love it, a remarkable cream for this old face.
Impress is the best facial cream I have ever used. I love the moisturizer and the tinted sunscreen
I've been using this for almost a year. It was suggested I use it in combination with my tretinoin prescription which I wasn't able to use more than once a month due to severe drying and peeling. When I apply the Impress moisturizer before my tretinoin and then apply another light layer after, I only have slight peeling. I can now use my tretinoin twice a week!
It goes on like silk and keeps my skin hydrated all day.
